The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the tube station, making it extremely easy to navigate and explore the city. The proximity to the underground station allows for quick and convenient travel to various attractions in the city. the hotel's location away from the busy city center provides a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
One negative aspect is that the bathroom in some rooms may not be well-maintained, with issues like cracked sinks and poor grout. However, despite this minor setback, the overall experience at the hotel is still favorable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were attending a concert at the Roundhouse in Camden. It was convenient, as we could easily walk to Camden Town station or take a short stroll to Chalk Farm underground station to explore this city. The hotel's proximity to transportation made it effortless to travel around London. the staff was friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. We especially appreciated the assistance provided by the lady at reception. The cleanliness of the hotel and the provided amenities were also great. Lastly, the breakfast served at the attached cafe was delicious, with options including a continental breakfast and a British plate.

Great location, close to the tube station and within walking distance of a train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms.
Inconsistent shower temperature, going from freezing to scalding. No hot water in the shower on the second day.

This hotel in the heart of Camden is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the central location. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms are in better condition than the rest of the hotel, and the en-suite bathrooms are spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the frosted windows, which hid a rooftop view, adding a touch of charm to the room. Plus, having breakfast included in the standard rate is a definite bonus, although I do think some additional options like pre-cooked fried eggs and fruit juice should be offered at an earlier time, say 7:20.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory and can be deemed as okay.

Convenient location near Chalk Farm tube station and Camden Market. Helpful staff offering free maps and luggage storage. Clean, tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet despite facing the main road. Nice breakfast with good options.
